Enkelin von Bernhard I. Herr von Losenstein zu Losensteinleithen (um 1368 bis 1434) und Tochter von Hartneid III. (um 1405 bis 1479). Ihre Brüder waren Christoph I. (ca. 1430 bis nach 1515) und Bernhard II. (um 1430 bis 1496), welche nach dem Tod des Vaters die Schallaburg gemeinschaftlich besaßen. Ab etwa 1479 verheiratet mit Georg von Aham, später mit Seyfrid von Törring. Starb kinderlos.
